Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my law firm. First, let me assure you that I understand how difficult it is to find the right lawyer. If you are like most people, this may be the first time you have ever needed to hire one. Let me tell you about myself.
It is important to know that Tylertown is my hometown. I returned here to open up my law practice because I recognize a need for attorneys who share your values and understand how important your family is to you. I focus my practice almost exclusively in the areas of estate law and Mississippi family law because that is what our friends and neighbors throughout Walthall County and South Mississippi need most.
Knowledgeable Representation Backed By Compassionate Client Service
When you come into my office you will notice that I take the time to listen. I take meticulous notes, not only about the details of your case, but your family and long-term concerns, as well. We will get to know each other well, and you can be confident that you will not slip through the cracks.
To serve you better, I generally restrict my practice to the following areas, to-wit:
- Estate law: Including the execution of wills, muniment of titles, probate, and the administration of a Decedent's final affairs. I also offer the general services, including the preparation of last wills and testaments, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. If you need to set up a guardianship for a minor or a conservatorship for an incapacitated adult in your family, I can help.
- Family law litigation and post-divorce matters: Including divorce, custody disputes, and judgment modifications.
I Will Not Take On More Cases Than I Can Handle
I will also be up-front with you about whether I can handle your case right now. Unlike large law firms with multiple attorneys, paralegals and staff, I handle every case directly. When you call, I will talk to you on the phone. When we sit down to discuss legal decisions, we will be across the table from each other. I never forget that your legal problem is probably the most important thing going on in your life right now. I promise to work hard to get you through it as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible.
